Samsun İleri Biyolojik Atık Su Arıtma Tesisi ve Derin Deniz Deşarjı'nın temeli, Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanı Erdoğan Bayraktar ile Gençlik ve Spor Bakanı Suat Kılıç'ın katıldığı törenle atıldı.
